To become an MDSA Accredited
Motor Dealer
each dealership must:

Be a member in good standing of the MDSA; |

Ascribe to the MDSA Code of Ethics throughout the dealership; |

3
|
And
ensure that the majority of their sales team* are MDSA Certified Sales Professionals. |
| * Note: "Sales team" refers to all people working in the dealership who are involved in retail vehicle sales transactions. This includes the people who work on the sales lot and showroom floor as well as those who serve customers or make decisions about retail transactions in business office, lease office, management and dealer principal positions. |
