Our sales representative Troy was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the entire process. Initially, we booked the black color but we changed our mind and wanted a white one instead. Troy made sure that we got the desired color in a timely manner. Great Service

Friendly staff with great service! I bought my car from them, but as they had to ship it in, there was a small nick during transport. When they learned of the nick, they immediately took my car back in to get it fixed and made sure I was satisfied. They repainted the whole panel instead of just a touch up, which was a pleasant surprise! I definitely recommend them!

Let me tell you, it's not often you find folks who really walk the talk. Heather in the Service Department at Metrotown Mazda does just that. She went way above and beyond to help us with our CX-5 servicing. If you need Mazda servicing, go to Metrotown Mazda and ask for Heather. I have had my MX5 serviced by the staff for years. We have now purchased a Mazda 6, pickup on Tuesday. We have found everyone to be great. Just found out Frank, Service Manager, has retired... We are sad. Really a nice guy. All the best to him!
