I had a great experience at Mazda Metrotown in Burnaby. I went there to lease a car, and Nelson and Jojo helped me a lot throughout the whole process. They were very professional, patient, and extremely supportive, and they truly made everything easy for me.
I ended up leasing a Mazda CX-30, and I’m very happy with my choice. The car has excellent features and it was exactly what I was looking for—honestly, it turned out to be much, much better than I expected. On top of that, the offer they gave me was very, very good, which made the whole experience even better.
They helped me choose a great car at a very fair price, explained everything clearly, and handled everything quickly and smoothly. The entire process was completed in just two days, and I was able to pick up my car right away.

We recently bought our first ever brand new car, a Rhodium White 2025 Mazda CX-5 Signature Turbo, from Metrotown Mazda, and we honestly could not have asked for a better experience.
Ali was the first person who helped us, and he was amazing from the start. He truly took the time to listen to all of our needs, including Islamic financing (halal financing), our budget, and the features we were looking for. He walked us through our options and helped us decide between the CX-50 and the CX-5 without ever rushing us. Ali also spoke with his manager to get an out-the-door price that worked for us and arranged a test drive so we could feel confident in our decision. Throughout the process, we genuinely felt that he had our best interests in mind.
We then worked with Jojo, the finance manager, who made the entire financing process incredibly smooth. She was very humble, kind, and genuinely easy to talk to. She was also very mindful of our requirements around Islamic financing and made sure everything aligned with what we were comfortable with. Jojo explained everything clearly, answered all our questions patiently, and gave us excellent suggestions on how my wife and I could build credit together as a couple. She also went above and beyond by including some great warranties and add-ons at no extra cost on delivery day. Most importantly, we never felt pressured and were given plenty of time and space to make decisions comfortably. Since this was a big financial step for us, that meant a lot to us.
On delivery day, Shane took the time to go through all the details of the car and made sure we understood everything before driving off. His customer service was excellent and made the final step of the process feel easy and enjoyable.
Overall, the entire team at Metrotown Mazda made buying our first new car a smooth, stress-free, and genuinely positive experience. We are extremely happy with our CX-5 and very grateful to Ali, Jojo, and Shane for their help. We would absolutely recommend Metrotown Mazda to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience.

Compared to other used car dealerships I visited, the cars at this location are in much better condition, and the prices are very reasonable considering the mileage. I was genuinely impressed by the overall quality and value.

I recently bought a car here at Metrotown Mazda and I had a great experience! Shane was a wonderful sales representative and went above and beyond! He was very thorough, patient and attentive. I went multiple times to the store and had many questions, he was always happy to help and answer any concerns I have.
Tom, the financial and portfolio manager, was also very friendly. He was able to explains things clearly, and knew what the best plan for me was!
