After going in to look at the new models, the experience from sales to finance was incredibly smooth.
Trading in the CX-9, they offered me slightly above what I could have gotten doing a private sale.
When buying the new one, they directed me on how to get the best deal and clearly laid out the options for financing and rebates, answering every ridiculous question I had along the way.
Eric was wonderful to deal with. He immediately recognized that I am mute, not deaf, and adjusted perfectly to how I communicate.

Even though that specific vehicle didn't have the exact options I needed, Eric offered to have them added if we gave him a week.

Over the years our family has owned several Mazda vehicles. We’ve always been impressed with their quality, style, and commitment to safety.
