Efficient hybrid technologies
The CX-90 is equipped with a standard e-Skyactiv G 3.3L turbo engine that delivers 280 horsepower and 332 lb-ft of torque, while delivering impressive fuel economy ratings of 9.3 L/100km in combined driving scenarios. Higher-trim CX-90 models come with a high-output version of the e-Skyactiv G 3.3L Inline 6 turbo engine. It produces a maximum 340 horsepower and 369 lb-ft of torque when using recommended premium fuel, while also returning a 9.5 L/100km combined fuel rating. Impressively, both 6-cylinder engines are enhanced by the M-Hybrid Boost 48-volt mild-hybrid system, allowing you to experience performance without sacrificing efficiency.
The plug-in hybrid (PHEV) CX-90 boasts an incredible e-Skyactiv PHEV powertrain. This hybrid of a 2.5L naturally aspirated four-cylinder engine and electric motor produce a combined 323 horsepower and 369 lb-ft of torque when using premium fuel. The 2.5L engine is specially adapted to work with the electric motor and 17.8 kWh high-capacity battery, providing optimal performance for longer drives or sudden spurts of acceleration.
Along with its impressive performance capabilities from one of its three highly-advanced and efficient powertrains is an included 8-speed automatic transmission fitted with available paddle shifters, and Mazda’s innovative i-Activ AWD system.

The all-new 2024 Mazda CX-90 starts at $45,900 MSRP for the base trim GS and going up to $63,300 MSRP for the top trim Signature - you can choose from ten well-equipped packages between the two. The exceptional PHEV variant starts at $54,900.
