The 2023 Mazda CX-50 is a Rugged and Luxurious SUV

The 2023 Mazda CX-50 is the latest model to join the Mazda family of practical and engaging SUVs.

The practical side

The 2023 Mazda CX-50 is built to make all of your family outings easier and more pleasant, notably due to its cargo space and its standard all-wheel drive system. The new Mazda CX-50 offers you 889 liters of cargo space with all of the seats in place, which lets you carry a lot of cargo and five passengers at the same time. If the need for more cargo arises, simply fold the 60/40 split rear seat to create 1,594 liters of loading space.

In order to get you and your cargo to where you want to go, the CX-50 comes standard with the i-Activ all-wheel drive system which uses advanced control software to send the engine’s power to the wheels that have the best traction. This makes the CX-50 more competent off-road and on slippery surfaces, as well as giving it a more dynamic driving feel on dry pavement.

The technologies

The 2023 Mazda CX-50 features the latest and the most sought-after technologies that improve the comfort and the enjoyment of every passenger. For example, the power tailgate is standard, as is the 10.25-inch infotainment display, the wireless Apple Car Play and Android Auto integration, the heated front seats and the heated steering wheel. The available features include the 360-degree camera system that helps with parking in tight spaces, the ventilated front seats and the heated rear seats, the Bose premium sound system, the head up display, the traffic jam assist and the emergency lane-keeping with blind spot monitoring.

Since your safety is a priority, a number of i-Activsense active safety features are standard, such as the Driver Attention Alert, which determines when the person behind the wheel is distracted as well as the Distance Recognition Support System, which alerts you when the vehicle in front is too close.

Comparing the 2026 Mazda CX-90 MHEV GT and Signature Trims: Is the Upgrade Worth It for Burnaby Families?

The 2026 Mazda CX-90 MHEV lineup spans five trim levels, and for buyers who have already narrowed the search to Mazda's flagship three-row crossover, the decision most commonly comes down to two: the GT and the Signature.
